After Daylight, There's Dusk

I’ve been seeing a lot of blog posts this week about the anticipation of spring. I too, am super pumped for the warm days and cool nights that New York experiences before the sweltering heat that summer brings. One event that is always a good indicator of spring is Daylight Savings, which happens this Sunday. With that extra hour of light, I can get away with so much! Perfect for running, enjoying a cocktail with a friend at an outdoor table, picnicking in the park for dinner, that last hour we’re given before the sun goes down is totally worth savoring.

Stop What You're Doing Right Now, and Read This!

How's that for an introduction?!  Have you read today's WWD?  If not, you're in for an exciting announcement.  Apparently, the team that includes Leifsdottir, Anthropologie, and Urban Outfitters has announced a new bridal division to launch shortly.  They'll begin with a website and eventually follow up with stores.  The line will include bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, fine jewelry, accesories, shoes, invitations, and even bridal registry.  The dresses will be designed by the Anthropologie team, now that's a bridesmaid dress you can wear again!  Given that their current collection is consistently romantic and always exquisite, I can't wait to see what they'll come up with!

Gotta Hava My Pops

In an effort to gain some empathy and also just to spite my boyfriend, I must post about one of my all-time fave cereals, Corn Pops.  It seems Mr. All Bran doesn't get down with the sugary goodness of Corn Pops and upon hearing this the other morning, I had to stop and evaluate.  Is this a deal breaker???

My shock subsided eventually and I decided it's not really fair to break up with someone over cereal.  And I really only get a craving for them once or twice a year.  But come on?!  They are so yummy and they didn't do anything to him, leave my Corn Pops alone please.
