After Daylight, There's Dusk

I’ve been seeing a lot of blog posts this week about the anticipation of spring. I too, am super pumped for the warm days and cool nights that New York experiences before the sweltering heat that summer brings. One event that is always a good indicator of spring is Daylight Savings, which happens this Sunday. With that extra hour of light, I can get away with so much! Perfect for running, enjoying a cocktail with a friend at an outdoor table, picnicking in the park for dinner, that last hour we’re given before the sun goes down is totally worth savoring.

View from my favorite table in Isla Mujeres, Mexico as the day turns into night.

From the steps of the Met, looking at the sun go down on 5th Ave apartments.

From the rooftop of the Met, looking to the west side of Manhattan.

A nice way to finish a warm day in Brooklyn.

Oh what lovely images. I'm from NY too and this lovely weather we've been having has been great.

Not lovely the gray skies we have today, but I can't complain. Tuesday I was out all day without a coat on and it was amazing!

It's been gloomy here for a week...but today, sunshine!
