Madison Square Park

Last Thursday I checked out the new light installation at Madison Square Park by artist, Jim Campbell.  It's on view until February so be sure to go see if you're in the area at night, the lights twinkle and flicker as if they were people's shadows.  Since we were in the park, Shake Shack was a must, followed by a drink at the new Maialino and then upstairs to the Gramercy Park Hotel rooftop.  It was a big night and we definitely made the most of a gorgeous fall night.

Sweet baby Julian couldn't get enough coconut caramel custard.

View from Gramercy rooftop.

Love this room! Thousands of light bulbs cover the ceiling.

I've seen those lights during the day and definitely need to go back at night to get the full effect! I'm glad it's there til February.

We've also been meaning to go to one of the bars in the Gramercy Park Hotel! Did you love Maialino? It's one of our current favorites.
